We DO NOT take responsibility for damaged goods once they have left our premises. Only under special consideration a store credit may be issued to compensate for the damaged goods. We take care to package all items to prevent any damage to the items during shipping. However, there are times where our efforts go in vain. If you believe you should be entitled to a refund or exchange please contact us at support@twinklewellness.com.au, quoting your receipt number, nature for your concern as well as any pictures (where applicable).

Express Australia Wide Shipping: $ 20.00

Standard Australia Wide Shipping: $12.00

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and is fully trackable. Once your order has been shipped, Twinkle Wellness will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

How long does shipping take?

Country - up to 5 business days

All other states:

Metro: 3-6 business days, depending on location.

Express Shipping: 

Most orders are delivered by the next business day. Please allow 2-3 extra days if you are in a regional location.
