At Twinkle Wellness, all products are handmade with care using natural ingredients.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not in good condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
support@twinklewellness.com.au
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or change-of-mind purchases.
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
